We deeply appreciate your interest in becoming a member of the KHSZ community. (Learn more about the benefits of membership.) Completing your membership application involves a few simple steps, which we'll walk you through now:

1. Provide information about the members of your household. We'll ask you for information about the adults and children in your household. For 16 and 17 year olds, they can opt into voting membership.
2. Select your membership contribution.Choose the level that reflects your household's capacity to support KHSZ. If you would like to become a member for 5787 based on volunteering, or if you have other specific circumstances you wish to discuss, please don't fill out this form at this time. Instead, please reach out to the KHSZ Secretary, Emma Haddad at secretary@khsz.org.
3. Submit your form. There are a few final questions on the last screen. Please be sure to proceed until you see the confirmation message.

Once we receive and review your application, we'll be in touch by email to provide you payment instructions.
